Names are e-mails

During conversations my contacts names are their e-mail. I've searched through both Msn Messenger 7.0's options and the prefrences in Plus and I can't fix it.

Contacts > Manage Contacts > View Contacts by > Display name

Edit:I beat Mnjul, but I didn't think of the Plus! setting. *-)

It seems that you have Custom Names enabled. To solve your problem,
please Check the following option in Plus!'s Preferences: Contact List -> Custom Names -> "Use custom contact names while chatting"
