Is there anyway of having a emoticon with a file size of, lets say 500+kb?

that kind of defeats the purpose - I don't know whether you can technically call it an emoticon with that size. Perhaps 'feature film' would be more fitting..

Admittedly, this isn't much help. But are you sure your contacts are going to love you for using up their 56k bandwidth?

Wouldnt it take a long time to send?

The size limit is 150 kb. I am sure there is a way around it but dont think you will find many if anyone that would want to help change it. Will it take a long time to send depends imagine you and your friend has a fast connection like dsl or cable answer no but imagine if you and your friend had a dialup connection and connected say at 32.2 answer yes.

Im not sure id like someone sending me hunderds of 500k emoticons filling up my precious download limit..
