Is there a program that you can instal in MSN Messenger or a MSG Plus! plugin that allows you to go on the internet and right click an emoticon and just add it? If not, someone should make one

There is one for Display Pictures. But not for emoticons sadly (that I know of). You can download it from here: Internet Explorer Display Picture (IEDP) 2

Try emailing the creator and maybe he might add support for emoticons. Worth a shot

That isn't what he is asking for. He wants to right click on a picture, and add it to his emoticons.

And by the way, if you are going to post something like that, it would be nice to add a link to where you found it. Saves googling your post...
