I used to be able to create my own emoticons. But until recently, all my emoticons are gone. And when I tried to create new icons, or I try to add new icons from my conversations, it always give me this error message 'The file you choose is invalid. Please choose another file'

Using MSN 7.0 without any plug in.


Anyone have any idea to fix this?

Strange, try reinstalling msn once first, then check another time

I have already tried uninstalling it and re-installing it a lot of times but to no use.

There was a link to a webpage posted not too long ago where you could upload a GIF, and redownload, fixing any non-standard parts of the file.
