Ok, I bought myself a new "disgo lite" 1GB USB storage drive and it installed itself and it's ok (needs no drivers for XP, just plug-n-play). Anyway, something strange happens. I dunno if it's to do with the drive, but I went into Device Manager and clicked "Scan for hardware changes" and a category called "Unknown devices" appears and under it, in the category, it says "SM Bus Controller" and it has en exclamation mark on it. Also Windows tries to find a driver for it but has no luck. I clicked "Scan for hardware changes" before and this never appeared.

I was looking on the disgo faq earlier before this to find out any other things about the drive but it said nothing about this and like I said, i'm not sure if this is related.

What should I do?, should I leave it?

Your looking at getting an INF update from Intel (or the OEM Manufacturer of the PC or the Motherboard CD you got if its custom built).

Anyway, it seems to have corrected itself after two reboots or so 

If I get the problem again, I'll try out what it says on the page you gave.
