O.P. Huh?  Huge Router/Wireless Probem
ok so as many of you know, I got a second laptop not too long ago. this beiing, i gave my old one to my younger sister, problem is, she kept on saying that it was crashing, beliving she was doing stm wrong, i decided to try it on. First I start by getting a blue screen.. I thought that was a driver problem, so I restarted, reinstalled all my drivers, no luck, blue screen was still there.

it happened a few times when I finally decided to read what was in the error report that you can send to mcirosoft when an application or stm crash. It was talking about a wireless connection problem :| I didnt belive that, and I kept on thinking I had fucked something up..

Somehow, I start thinking bout when that happens, first time was when I first started my new laptop, and all other times were also when my second acer laptop was on. so I decided to check if this rlly had anything to do with it, turns out IT DOES!

Everytime i turn on my acer aspire, my presario gets a blue screen and shuts down, saying stm like : "DRIVER_LESS_OR_EQUAL" ( sorry, thats all im able to read due to the speed of the blue screen showing and disapearing )

so that's my problem, I wondered if anyone could help.. :S

Both my computers have wireless connection, the new one ( Aspire ) has this infra red thing.

Im sure it has something to do with it, seeing as one of my desktops also has a wireless card installed, and that it causes no trouble on my laptop.

You may want to double-check the wireless settings on all machines, and upgrade the drivers on the Presario.

I got the latest Drivers on the Presario, and by checking the wireless settings, I looked everything up, it all seemed correct, anything special I should look for?

Try hitting pause or break when the blue screen comes up. Can't remember if it's those or some other keys that stop things.

It's most likely to be Pause/Break.

Check the internal IP addresses on all of the computers; if they are using the same IP, change it; that will cause problems. Far shot, but it might be something to do with the IR connection and your router (not sure though).
