It wont let me delete msg plus, i get error saying files missing, uninstallion cannot continue.   PLEASE HELP!

you're probably mistaken. The uninstaller never displays a message about files missing. The only message I can think of that could look like it is the one stating that the sponsor's setup program was deleted. If that's the message you get, please disable all your anti-adware/spyware tools, reinstall Messenger Plus! with the sponsor and uninstall again.
