You can get stuffplug from here: www.stuffplug.com, it is a plugin for Messenger Plus! by the Blasphemer, which has lots of features, including the removal of this text advertisement in Instant Messaging windows.

I think stuffplug removes the ads, have a look im not sure...

No it doesnt

Another one (it's not a plug-in though) is A-patch... that can get rid of a lot of unwanted stuff... Just search up "A-patch for MSN Messenger"... on like google or yahoo and you'll get it.

This is a bit offtopic, but Third Dimension it's not called Ghost Patch. It's called MSNMSGR Ghost.
