my contact list is somewhat transparent..and the away messages are hard to see..b/c they're grey. is there a plug in or way to change this? i dont want to change just mine..i want to change them all to black or darker grey.

on a side note, is there a way to do a color fader on the text you write? and not just ure nickname like colornick does?

This might change the colour of other away messages so you can see them better.

But tbh im not quite sure, youll have to wait for someone else to see if there is a quick solution.

About the colour fader, there should be a plugin Here, last time i checked there was

Edit: Are you sure on the preferences screen, you havent moved the "Transparency" cursor ?

Plus! > Prefences > Contact List > Transparency Effect.

Make sure this is on "0%".

hmm..any clue where on that website? or what its called? i looked under customization and didnt see any sub categories that really applied..

i did the transparency on purpose, i like it, except the away messages are hard to read, ergo my problem lol. i can read everything else fine.

ahh, im afraid i have no quick fit solution to that All i can say is to highlight the person who's away message you want to read, and should be easier that way.

edit: should i use reshacker? its a program right? pretty sure ill be able to figure it out. sucks that i cant change it with msn plus though.

ok, well it seems to actually be only plus personalized statuses. i just realized even when my opacity is at 100%, they're hard to read.

anyway, screenshot with no transparency, a million times when its transparent, its a pretty light background, the grey is just THAT light. *frown*
