Hi,

If I can make a suggestion for next Messenger Plus is a way to backup/restore emoticon, winks etc. that we add in MSN. When we reinstall, we loose all of those fun whisles that we have add.

This is only a suggestion


And why not make a section in the forum for suggestion and request for next version.

Patchou really does not want many new features he belivesthe program is bloated which is not good.

However it is a good feature request but there are many tools that do this already out

Or you can back them up yourself manually

ANOTHER suggestion for future version of MSGPLUS!:

Making your personalized away status only present the (personalized away) in stead of (personalized status) + (away)

example: (Shower)
rather than: (Shower) (Away)

(i know i've said this before but i don't used personalized away messages because of this annoyance).

A way of making emoticons show up indisplay names while custom names is enabled.

putting these features into msgplus! wont bloat it, it will make it perfect and i will love you.

To the original poster: There are already programs you can get to use to back up your emoticons, display pictures, and even winks. One of the best I have seen (and use) can be found here:

Please search the forums first next time, as it will most likely save you time as well.

Of course those suggestions won't bloat Plus!, but as an addon, Plus! has some limitations.
Believe me. Patchou would have implemented these ideas if he didn't encounter the problem.
