i have a new jumpdrive, but in need to format it first before i can use it because it doesn't have a file system yet...

Start Menu -> Run -> Type "diskmgmt.msc" -> Press enter.

Disk Management will show up, there you can format a drive. I can't give exactly the rest of the process over there, because i have problems getting there in this computer, but I'm sure you can know.
If I remember correcly, you must right click on the drive you want to configure.....

i did that, but it still doesn't work, it says it's too small (32mbs)
