O.P. Boss Mode Error

My boss mode doesn't seem the work properly and I have adjusted everything possible. Everytime I ctrl-space, my convo windows would minimize to the task bar but wouldn't be hidden, also, the msn figure-dude doesn't turn to boss mode, it stays there happily green.
I noticed another boss mode thread on the board, but we have different problems so~

Nevermind the problem.
Had a cousin over and fixed it.
