windows blocked when I download Mp3 into msn messenger !

O.P. windows blocked when I download Mp3 into msn messenger !
Hi
Could you help me
When a friend send to me an mp3 or video file
through msn messenger
I can see the downloading then when I click
on the link I've windows message
To protect your computer windows blocked the join files
What is the paramater to eliminate that?

Download Messpatch :), and enable it : "remove blocked extensions in file transfers" ;)
