O.P. Huh?  Bluetooth dongle
I have recentley bought a bluetooth dongle. I have plugged it in, and installed it all correctly. (it has a 100M range}
But     {all my threads include a "but" :(}
in my room - within a metre of my PC - it cant detect my phone.
I put my phone within a a few center meters of the dongle and my PC found my phone and i paired them up, but i cant get it to do anymore ... like sending files etc...
I have a router underneath my PC too, could this be the problem?
And even if it cut a few meters pff it ... 99 meters and 90 center-meters :|
is there anyway i can solve this and get my phone to be connected by my PC?

thanks for any help :)

Is your phone still 'paired' with your PC and does it require a passkey? and how are you getting the dongle to detect your phone? what program etc

I used to use that, but now i use Windows one erm

do you need to activate a 'find me' function on either your PC or phone? this is to stop people constantly being able to trying to connect to you

i used to have that phone and mine worked fine. maybe you should unpair or drop the device from both the pc and the phone then try to pair again

My bluetooth thing came with a little appendition slip inside giving extra instructions for XP SP2. I had to add an extra driver off the disk, maybe you have to?
