No, you can go on to select your Windows installation and the installer will try and repair it.
Anyway, back to the topic. And how about, as Cookie said, we stop talking about crap which is completely wrong.
The program shouldn't have been able to overwrite your documents folder. The program wouldn't have been able to open and write to the folder as if it was a file.
It's hard to explain why, but I don't think it would have overwritten the folder with a file.
