Plug-in/Add-on that allows all of my conversations to appear in one window? Any help?

My friend has it so that all of his msn conversations appear in one window.

Basically it is set up like the normal conversation window, only you can switch between conversations by simply clicking on the name at the top of the screen.

I know this is a horrible description but hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.

you are talking about Tabs.
Enable them in Plus! menu -> preferences -> instant messages-> tabbed chats > check the boxes ...
its a pity that i cant give you screenshots or better instructions because i am not using plus.

i beleive your talking about tabbed chats, and that is a current feature of MSG plus!,

access it by selecting the pluss menu in any chat window and the move down to the grouping options menu
