O.P. configuration button for status picture changer

This button doesn't appear able to be pushed with status picture plug-in. With others plug-ins works properly. What could be the problem?

button rather then double posting

The configure button will only show up if it is coded to do so. I suggest in a conversation window click on Plus! > Plugins

And look for a configure option for the specific plugin.
