Can anyone explain what I should do in regards to this error here?

Umm... clsoe the window, and try and open it again... if that doesn't work, restart your computer... if that doesn't work, try clearing you cookies.

hmm do you have a firewall which could be blocking access to your computer that the MSN Games need?

I've tried this: -

- change my firewall settings and open specific ports
- cleared my cache and cookies
- restarted my machine

anything else I've missed????

Tried reinstalling Messenger?

I want to try and keep that to last. Reason, if there is something else I could do before I reinstall messenger I'd rather do that first.

Reinstalling MSN would take less time than you trying to figure out what the problem is. It's worth a try.
