i was at my friend's place today, and he has a problem with his pc. What ever program he tries to execute or run, he encounters this message:




how to fix it. (remember it is affecting all the programs )

In case the information that Matty has given does not work for you. I found a temporary fix for it.
It is a registry and _may_ fix the problem. Make sure you backup the registry before applying it, in case anything does go wrong
