He isn't angry on you, he's just stating the facts. IzyMail is a paid service (with a 15 day trial period) and it's never trustable to give personal information to 3rd party companies. He doesn't blame you!

But what were saying here, is that it's not possible to retrieve mail data from the Hotmail/Yahoo! servers what has been asked many times before and blah blah blah...

BT Yahoo! and Yahoo! Mail are separate services. The first is an ISP which provides the obligatory POP3 mailboxes, and Yahoo! Mail is entirely Web-based, like Hotmail.
