Hi guys, I need some help. I am doing an assignment called "Edit to the beat". We've been given a piece of music and we have to pick a theme and edit to, well, the beat.

My theme is how adults percieve young adults now days (stereotypically). You know, sex/drugs/alcohol/parties/clubbing/late night. In other words it was just an excuse for me to do a whole lot of special effects on Adobe After Effects.

I've got a few down pat but one is bugging me. If you've seen the default screen saver of a MAC then you will know what I mean. It's just a whole lot of swirling, mixing colours. Really trippy if you ask me. I don't know if anyone knows how to create it in AE but if they can capture the screen saver or link me to video of it.
