Ok it says on the homepage that it will be released at 23:40 GMT. Well it is now 23:14 from where I am (England) which is also GMT. That means it should be released in about half an hour. But on the forum page it says one hour and 27 minutes until release? Whats with this? Will it be released at 23:40 GMT or 00:40 GMT?

That is because the time specified is GMT without daylight savings.

In England, it is daylight savings so you are actually one hour ahead of GMT.

EDIT: It will be released at 12:40AM in England as a result.
