Contact open/close window notifier For Msg Plus Live [Script]

Although i kno that this funtion is not that reliable, but since they have got rid of this function off stuff plug 3, theres no other way 2 get this feature for WLM.
Ive also tried msn discovery live, but it is never as good as the stuff plug for msn 7.5.   So can anyone plz make a script for this.   coz i really enjoy this feature.
