The Boxes In The 'Alerts & Sounds' Are All Checked, But Still Nothing.

What version of WLM and MPL! are you using? what windows are you using? what service pack?

hmm my friend had this problem and I told him to TRY the latest version of msn and he did and they worked so I strongly advise you to get it and eventually you'll get used to it..
