O.P. Slower Computer
When I turn off my computer it takes a lot of time (more or less 5 min).
I know it's becuz Windows needs to end all the processes but it takes a lot.
I've hear about modifying the registry to not end Windows porcesses, but it really works? or what's the risk?

Thanks

I am not sure what registry modification you are considering, but it doesn't sound like a good idea.

It shouldn't take nearly that long for Windows to shut down.  Do you get any messages about non-responsive programs, which might shed some light on what's causing the delay?

If you haven't already done so, you may wish to scan the computer for viruses and spyware.

Yeah it gets non-responsive messages about programs like:
Yahoo Messenger
Avant Browser
and other that I don't know if are programas but they're named: yupdater.exe and mapilo.exe

But it takes a lot of time

I scan my computer monthly with Norton but it didn't detect any viruses.

Try ending them in the taskbar and in the task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) this may speed up shutdown time.

EDIT: To speed up your computer you should switch to a less resource demanding anti-virus like AVG Free. In my opinion it is better than Nortan Anti-Virus

I am not sure wether this would work but if you go to:
Run -> "msconfig" > Services > Hide all microsoft services (tick) > disable all.
Please soemone tell me if this is not a good idea.

This is definitly not a good idea! I found some services by microsoft but where not listed as one, plus some of them may crash your computer if you disable. Alway check what proccesses/services you end!

This sounds like some kind of spyware or other malicious program, I suggest you run a free web based scan for any spyware/viruses at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
