download winhttp.dll and put it in C:\Windows\System32

obviously you should be careful when downloading dlls from random sites.

Do NOT download the DLL! It is illegal for sites to distribute it!

Instead, install either Windows XP SP1, or IE6 SP1. Both come with WinHTTP.dll.
