Guys I Forgot my chat logs password .. what can i do ?

I'm sorry but if you lost your password your logs are lost aswell. There is no way to retrieve them.

Assuming you had your logs encrypted on same computer before (otherwise you wouldn't need a password) i advice you to reinstall Msg Plus!/Msg Plus!Live. If that doesn't work can you please state your Windows, Messenger and Plus! version and Browser.
