O.P. Contact's names still appear as e-mails
Okay, so I've now got Windows Live Messenger, so then I install Messenger Plus! Live, and the contact's names still appear as e-mail addresses! What gives?

Click "Contacts" in the toolbar of the WLM main window, then open "Show contacts as" and select "Display Name".
Too slow and a typo...

Thanks, but that still doesn't help. The contacts names do appear, but in the alphabetical order of the names rather than the e-mail address. |

If you want to see display names, it puts it in alphabetical order of display names.
If you want to see e-mail addresses, it puts it in alphabetical order of e-mail addresses.
If you wanted to see display names, but in order of e-mail address, that would just confuse things.
