hello,
my englis is not very good but i am gone try.
i can send foto's trough messenger but i can not accept them.
i get the message : it has been blockt because it is possible unsafe

can somebody help me to fix this.

Do the following:
Windows Live messenger contact window -> Tools -> Options -> File Transfer -> Tick "scan files for viruses" -> in the box put it some text (whatever doesnt matter) e.g "shdgsh" -> Click Apply -> Click Ok

ive got messenger 7.0 on a 2000 proffesional pc

it still keeps blocking my foto's.
my firewalls are all shut down

That's just stupid... couldn't he just untick it and it wouldn't scan for it and deem the files to be unsafe....

I suggest upgrading to either WLM or MSN 7.5, the update can help in security issues in old versions, and also have some more useful features from Microsoft updating it's software ... Hpe this helps.

Then put them back up.

And, if you think you can tell a legit file from a virus, disable the 'Block unsafe filetypes'.
