Is this feature available??

It seems to have the ability to notify on online/offline/name changes.. But what about when they change their Display pic??

In theory it is possible to be notified of display picture changes. But in practice, this is not easy and would also create a serious overhead as you need to poll constantly each and every display picture and compare it with the old one to detect a change (and even then you might miss some).

There are some other possible workarounds, but they are just that; half-arsed workarounds which work even less reliable.

So I highly doubt such a notification will be made available.
