How come when I try to access my web hosting I can never get through, but everybody else, including people who are with the same ISP as me, can get through?

I have recently changed my modem and wireless router (remember my spammy post about it in TandT?) and haven't installed anything on my computer for a while.

IS there any way I can fix this?

Did you check your hosts file?

What error message(s) do you get?

That was one of the things I crossed checked. Seems to be fine, so It can't be that.
