the problem is with your wireless card, your pulling a 169.x.x.x ip addres, thats the same as using 0.0.0.0
try reseting TCP/IP and your winsock, restart your computer,
if that fails go to device manager and check for errors on you wireless card
should that fail, contact your wireless card's OEM

Usualy I just have to reset my router with the rest on the back. I have a D-link Dl-524 though.
