Ok, I have a brand new PC with a older ATI Saphire radeon 9800 PRO AGP video card. I turned on my PC and when I got into windows I can see the screeen just green strokes thru the screen. When I rebooted my PC it was fine. What do you think my vid card is going?
Ok do this. Continually Press F8 while booting untill you get the Windows boot screen then select the option with VGA in it. I think its something like Boot in VGA mode or something like that. That fixed my problem like yours.
