i run trillian some times because it opens stacks of accounts in one window.
but it saves the pictures some where.
where might that be?
and how can i find a certain one if it's in a temp directory or something?

Send yourself a pic, Note the pic name, Save, 'Search' your files & folders  for the pic

not like that i mean other ppl's avatars and display dictures
(so where's it's cache)

You could always screenshot it, paste into paint, crop and save.

Or just log into WLM (with Plus! Live) with one-of-many DP Stealer scripts from the Scripts Database. Or right click a contact > Messenger Plus! Features > Contact Information > Save this image.

Why would it look really crappy? It'd be the same as the image file, just save it as a png.

Yes. Try using our good old friend google, i'm sure you'll find something, or search the trillian forums, or post a topic on the trillian forums.

Searching the Trillian Forums, I think it is saved in: C:\Program Files\Trillian\users\default\Indentity Icons

If not, look around, it's there somewhere. Maybe a different subfolder in \default\.
