No, Plus!live does not work on WLM 8.1 yet. However Patchou is working hard on a compatible version...just be patient

Yes, you can.

First un-install 8.1 (start > control pnael > add/remove programs > find WLM 8.1 on the list) and then download 8.0 at www.get.live.com/messenger/overview


NOTE: you may have to re-install plus!

not necessarily. if he didnt uninstall it he doesnt have to install it again. look in the 'start > control panel > add/remove programs'-list if plus live is still installed.

I did the same thing.

I'm a lil curious about a few things however.
Will i still have my scripts when i get the new plus when it comes out?
If i down-grade back to 8.0, will my scripts still be there?
Will my plus settings be the same?
