Hi, i am really annoyed with having to wait every 405 minutes to download stuff from rapid share.... Can i change my ip even from a laptop thats connected to the router thats upstairs? Because i can only change anything on this one. Not the one upstairs. If so how so?

I have a feeling rapidshare would be tracking your external ip, so changing the ip of only your laptop would be useless. You would really need to change your external ip. (The ip address of you entire network)
