I asked about this in the IRC channel but nobody had any clue about it so they referred me to the forums. I'm sorry if this isn't the correct section to post a request, they didn't respond when I asked where it would be best to post a request.

My request/problem is... I want a way to be able to have audio alerts for "new message" "new mail" turned on when my status is "Away" or even "Busy", but when I'm "Online" I'm sitting right here and I'd prefer to have no audio alerts as they can get annoying.

Is this possible in any way? Thank you.

mute

Thanks, I did search but you have to realize I dont know the name of the program so searching for "audio off" doesnt come up with much. I'll try Mute out though.

Edit: Thanks for the Welcome... I swear I had an account here like a year ago, but maybe that was a different forum or you guys had everything reset.
