O.P. System not capable to encrypt data

System not capable to encrypt data, hmm might because the version of XP i'm using was stripped it just has what i needed i guess in the process i removed a lot of system files... If anyone know a quick fix that be great thanks guys :)

well, you just shouldn't remove any system files from your Windows :p. The only thing I can suggest is to attempt a repair of Windows.
