just unpack into C:\Windows\Ressources\Themes. after that choose it like a normal theme (e.g: Luna) in the properties of your desktop.
i didnt know people like that theme that much i saw it a few hours ago and thought 'wow. thats what i was searching for'. i see people dont like their actual themes
