It doesn't store them in the registry, they are either stored together with your .NET Passport (Windows Live ID now) account data in the Windows credentials or in one of its cache files, dunno.
You can't set or read those options just like that (wouldn't know how, never tried)... though you also wont need them if you're making what I think you're making
