O.P. Thanks, I found why my Msg Plus! Live does not load after a reboot/restart.
I did have something installed that I never used to see once I had the Messenger Plus! Live installed.

It was SweetIM and it was always hidden. I searched for it and removed it and now my Messenger Plus! Live is perfect!

Red bit is edited. I said the wrong name.
