the "leave a message / live help online" bit looks awful , there's quite a few dodgy blank spaces - bad layout - no flow or any kind of natural progression, and the fonts aren't too good. it looks dodgy on any resolution wider than the size of it, it's just like... going into nothing, no sort of defined space, especially with such a "blocky" header and footer.

Yeah :\ it looks like its just been placed there without any thought :\ it doesnt fit in with the rest of the page and makes the rest of the page look bad.

The feedback i would on my site is, things that you do not like about the site and what things that could be changed. Just 1 word shit, doesnt help me at all.
