I'm Italian and I use:
Windows Live Messenger 8.1.0178.00
Msg Plus Live 4.11.0.

Sometimes, When I try to send a sound to my contact Msn stops for 2/3 minutes until it doesn't send the sound.

What's the cause of the problem?

Disable chat logging in Messenger Plus! and also in Messenger itself. Check if the problem occurs again...
