When I click on the plus! tab in the msn window i dont get any options but only a drop down menu with two menus I can click. One says "software not loaded" and the other says "About messenger plus..".
I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the program but this hasn't helped. Has anyone else experiened this?
What version of messenger are you running?
Have you got smiley central or smileyIM?
Have you tried a full uninstall By deleting the Messenger plus live folder in c/program files?
Answer these then we would be able to get techy!
