hey, sorry if this has been covered before but im new to this problem....have ZA pro, all the stuff is set right for messenger in it, re installed messenger like, three times....still nothing....i have AVG but have a problem with it at the moment, could that affect my messenger?...have turned off AVG AND my zone alarm pro and still wont let me log into messenger, any help would be GREATLY appreciated....

A big thing that causes errors like these are the date and time being incorrect. Check your date and time.

cheers for that, i tried that before, but somehow my dates wrong again, after 10 minutes....but its all good now....wonder how long my date will stay the same now....any ideas on how the date changes automatically? mine was out about 3 months...

wjerm you chanmged it, did you Press  APPLY an OK after  you had changed it?
