I'm not sure if those helped cause you didn't reply, but if you have a metronome it's not too hard to figure out... You could probably find a virtual metronome on the internet somewhere too... Just find the beats and tap your foot or something...

If you don't have a metronome use a clock, you can get pretty close, 1 beat per second = 60 for a tempo... so 2 beats per second would be 120... it's not too hard to figure out, but you won't be exact.
