Check to make sure that you have there email address correct or the person you are trying to email accounts full.

How long have you been trying for? Maybe there's just a dodgy connection between the two?

happened to me the other day when I tried emailing my teacher something, I know it's the right email as I've sent her stuff before.

Now I gotta hand in my project proposal manually
