when i go to contact list clean up it shows in the list that some of my contacts DO NOT have me on their list, when they clearly do as i can see them sign in and out etc......why would it show this and is there anyway to resolve it.......thanks

You can still see peoples status even if they don't have you on their list anymore aslong as they don't block you aswell.

I wouldn't take that much notice of those lists (as in delete all who do not have you anymore)...if you find someone doesn't have you on his/her list anymore just keep them on yours if you still like the person/wish to talk to him/her still. There could be a very good reason to not have you on their list, it doesn't always mean they don't like you anymore.
