O.P. In order to prevent multiple notification for same contact&event
When I have set Signed Out notification for every one (or for only some contacts), when I right click on a contact and open Messenger Plus! Features>Even Notifications, I would like to see those preset notifications there. (Currently it only shows the notifications which are set only special to that contact). This will help me in order not to set another one for the same event&contact.
Also if double or more notifications exists for the same event&contact, then let Plus! scan all of them and notify with the one special to the contact and ignore other presets. (Currently it pops-up as much as the number of notifications).
