A easy way maybe work:

Change the nickname to the message u want to send everytime before u send, and just send a blank space.

by this way, if u want send "hello, hello, hello"

"hello,hello,hello say:" will show to u contact

That's not a good way,the word say remains so..However thank you for the idea...
